MEET LYDIA... 

I would say I work in the feel good business. I am a cook, recipe developer, food stylist, recipe tester, photographer and cookbook author, living in London. Oh and a ramen junkie. I am your whole round food content creator. 

 

At the beginning of lockdown 2020, me and some cool kids started one of the leading UK Tiktok food channels, Caught Snackin’.  With 2.6 million followers spread on all platforms, I have created viral videos with over 30mil+ and recipe developed and shot for brands like such as Deliveroo, Ryvita, M&S, Quorn, Albertt Bartlett, Dorset Cereals, Instant Brands, Tabasco, Lyles, Tofoo, Old El Paso and the list goes on.

As well as being a food obsessed content creator, I have recipe developed and styled for some of the UK’s household names like Branston, Yo Sushi, Osu, Maille and many more.

 

With my culinary diploma from the renowned Leith’s School of Food & Wine, past career as a fashion retoucher and my experience as a successful content creator, I have a deep understanding about food techniques, trends and high end content.
